One of the largest domestic projects we've undertaken to date, Firbeck Hall represents everything we stand for at Bespoke Resin - quality, collaboration, and long-lasting results.

For a home of this calibre, the brief was clear: to create a stunning, ultra-low-maintenance outdoor space using only the highest quality materials.

From Driveway Installation to Full Landscape Transformation

What began as a resin bound driveway installation using a complete Vuba system - giving the client total peace of mind - quickly evolved into something far more extensive.

Working closely with the client, the project developed into a full garden and driveway transformation, combining both hard and soft landscaping to completely elevate the property.

Large-Scale Groundworks & Preparation

A project of this size required significant groundwork and careful planning to ensure a strong, long-lasting foundation.

Key works included:

Over 200 tonnes of spoil removed
180 tonnes of Type 3 sub-base installed
48 tonnes of capping layer
450m²+ of GrassMac and artificial turf
150-200m² of patios and pathways using VubaMac and Vuba topcoat
150 linear metres of hand-cut cobbles
280-300m² of resin bound surfaces
280-300m² of VubaMac installation

Every stage was completed with precision to ensure durability, drainage, and a premium finish throughout.

Our Commitment to Recycling & Sustainability

Projects of this scale inevitably generate large volumes of waste - but how that waste is handled matters.

At Firbeck Hall, over 200 tonnes of excavated material was removed during the groundwork phase. Rather than taking the easy route, we made it a priority to ensure that as much of this material as possible was recycled, reused, or responsibly processed.

We are genuinely passionate about reducing our environmental impact. Wherever possible, we:

Sort and separate materials on-site
Work with licensed recycling facilities
Reuse suitable materials within our projects
Avoid sending waste to landfill unless absolutely unavoidable

For us, it's simple - if it can be recycled, it should be recycled.

This approach not only reduces environmental impact but also ensures we operate as a responsible, forward-thinking business within the landscaping and construction industry.

To add to the complexity, the entire project was delivered during some of the harshest weather February could throw at us.
